The accolades which have been pouring in for Nollywood Legend Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde have not seized to enter. The screen goddess was recently honored at the seventh annual Music Video and Screen Awards (MVISA) at the Birmingham International Film Festival.
Omotola who started her acting career in 1995, was given the Ebony Vanguard Award for a career that is nothing short of breath taking. The event which was held at the ICC conference center in Birmingham, United Kingdom was hosted by British Actors Chukky Venn and Lorna Laidlaw.
The Founder of the Birmingham International Film Festival Dean Alexander, described Omotola as not only one of the most influential people in the world but one of the most inspiring.
Omotola received the award in a stunning Roooi couture dress and had the company of other Nollywood greats like Joke Silva.
