Photo Of The Day: Osita ‘PawPaw’ Iheme Is The ‘Man’
Petite Nollywood actor, Osita ‘PawPaw’ Iheme, makes our Photo of The Day today and the chap is one fella who has weathered the storm of stigmatization, humiliation, and some other forms of degradation, to get to where he is today.
‘Shortly’ after making his foray into the Nigerian movie industry alongside his sidekick, Chinedu ‘Aki’ Ikedieze, in the early 2000s, the young man has done so well for himself that many of his colleagues ‘look up’ to him as a good example and role model.
The Mbaitoli, Imo State, born actor who is mostly featured as a mischievous and rascally boy in movies, is a recipient of many awards including the Lifetime Achievement Award at the African Movie Academy Awards in 2007. He was awarded a Member of the Federal Republic, MFR, by the federal government of Nigeria.
Some of the high profile movies Pawpaw has acted in are Mirror Boy, Mr. Ibu, Aki na Ukwa, Boys from Holland, Jadon, Brain Box, Last Challenge, Columbia Connection, Criminal Law, Markus De Millionaire, Young Masters, and a host of others.
